Gurukrupa Engineering Works was founded in 1999 by Mr. Sandip Wasamkar, having three years of experience at a multinational company. He started the company in a small shed with just one machine, manufacturing a single component for sugar factories as a subcontractor. The turning point came when the Managing Director of a sugar factory visited his workshop. Impressed by the neat and clean setup, and Mr. Wasamkar’s dedication to hard work and quality, the director placed a direct order with Gurukrupa Engineering Works. Since then, Mr. Wasamkar has never looked back. His relentless focus on quality and a customer-first approach began to pay off, attracting orders from renowned sugar factories across Maharashtra and Karnataka. What started in a rented shed with one machine and one customer has grown into a well-established company. Today, Gurukrupa Engineering Works boasts its own infrastructure, equipped with over 20 machines for manufacturing heavy engineering components. Our team has expanded to include more than 15 workers and over 5 staff members. We are now a leading manufacturer and supplier of heavy engineering components to industries such as Sugar Mills, Cement, and Marine. We manufacture components based on customer designs or handle the complete design and development process as needed. Our quality management system, certified to ISO 9000:2015 standards, ensures we meet our customers quality requirements consistently. Our commitment to product quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our QMS culture. We employ quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), KAIZEN, waste management, 5S, and visual factory for continuous improvement.
